solo

i shared a little bit about the conference this sunday and i could not help the tears coming. i guess i was hoping that i could impact a life like lou g impacted mine. i may never know.

this was our first sunday in the temp space. it was great. i could hang out afterwards and talk with some people that i had never connected with before.

we also had staff meeting in the space tonight and tony shared a scripture that really hit home for me. it had some things i struggle with in it. check out 1 timothy 3:1-13. it talks about leadership and what it takes and that it comes with some preconditions according to paul. i am going to use it as a guide for being a servant to the church. i am also try to not work on everything in the passage but just one thing. i am going to focus on one thing and pray that God tunes me in on that particular thing.

remember, our personalities or not lost, but transformed in the furnace of God's love.

Just read about your tears and the words "that i could impact a life like lou g impacted mine". I suspect you are talking about my husband (www.louguldemond.com).
Can this be true?

Jon - you did a great job sharing from your heart on this, dude. I believe it was one of the best parts of Sunday.

hmm...

as much as you can tell from a bunch of words on a screen, there is some serious depth, purity and authenticity about you.

the possibilities are endless when we are open to what our Lord desires to do through us.

Sweet Action.
