here again. i am reading this book called this beautiful mess and i have come across this sentence that spoke to me. "clearly my creativity for the gospel ends at the point of suffering." so it started to dawn on me that more than just gospel, but lots of things that we are called to do we sidestep if it involved any amount of suffering at any level.
it seems to me then, that when we act on those feeling and decide to go outside the bounds, or past the point of starting to suffer, that our actions affect those around us. we are speaking to them. whether they get it right away doesn't matter. that is really not our job. it is only only our job to plant seeds. it is the act that speaks.
